To be stable is not to be easily changed,
Need to consider matters at least 3 times, need to consider each saints situation so saints would not see fluctuations in the church life
The stable character is not come by birth, but rather by discipline, The elders need be stable to disciple others to be stable.
There are many activities to make us panic and do thing in a hasty way.
Elder need to willing to be bothers. Like a parent care for the children. If no concerns for saints then can not function as an elders.
