One thing for sure, must look for younger ones for the future of the church.

go back to your church in the most serious way. coming 20 years, ...lay before the Lord, concerning the leadership, written schedule proposal, ...

by the end of this year, many churches have new situation, to older ones, far from retirement. repurposing, turn over administration, practical care of ... older ones do most important work.
