Primary spiritual responsibility is to bear fruit

knowing, receiving, believing, ... bear as new born, milk of the word,... in God's house, in meetings, serve the Lord, Rom 15:16 think that way when speaking gospel

now I am not bearing fruit, ...it is the time to seek the Lord..
as a leading one, you should have heart for gospel, speaking gospel, helping them to get saved, raise them up.....that process, if you do not have personal experience of that you are not qualified, some one cannot do that for you, you have to raise up a spiritual child...

I was never appointed, in the very beginning, small church, no check to sign, day in and day out just preaching gospel, new port beech (leave without pay) I quit for one year, open my home, gain many(no boast), that was the beginning of learning, 3 AM sitting in the car... get your hands dirty. what it means really gain someone

it's about people

branch bearing fruit (remaining fruit) is real service.

when you are appointed elders, you need to fast, not to celebrate
not appointed to sign checks, announcement..

contact and introduce myself to every saint in the church
not new elders have arrived
not a new boss now, shameful
saints, we need your prayer, needs your support

I need brothers full time doing it.

redeem the time, contact people.

Some churches Lord's day afternoon, ..go to park, 2 hours visiting saints

rain or shine...

easy say and not doing it

in your hear, this is not saved, ...that, heart for sinners, saints will sense that and church becomes people loving church...

rescue the perishing care for the dying

let gospel preaching not for work, but extend of our heart

must find a way to save more sinners
