God's will depends on the church and church is fully a matter of coordination and building.
Elder's coordination is the model and example which is the initiator in the local church
No one person is capable of everything, it is impossible for you alone support the needs of the church.
Coordination means everybody's portion is here, yet all are in coordination
Respect each other's gift, and recognize each others portion. Eventually the whole coordination is sweet and in harmony.
